Privacy Policy
Effective April 2026 · Version 1.0
Overview
AIFORGE WORKS ('we', 'us', or 'our') operates www.aiforge.works. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our platform, how we use it, and your rights.
The short version: we collect only what we need to operate the platform and communicate with you. We will never sell your personal information — not now, not ever.
What We Collect

- •Analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 (see Section 4).
What We Do NOT Collect
- •Cloud provider credentials, IAM roles, billing data, API keys, or access tokens of any kind.
- •Payment card data — payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor.

How We Use Your Information

- •To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on page, referral source, browser type, and approximate geographic location (derived from your IP address). We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses before they are stored by Google.
Note: while IP addresses sent to Google Analytics are anonymized, AIFORGE WORKS independently logs IP addresses at the platform level for security purposes — see Section 3.
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors. The data collected is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

We Will Never Sell Your Information
AIFORGE WORKS does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their commercial purposes. This is a core commitment — not a policy that changes with business conditions.
We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing) solely to the extent necessary and under contractual data protection obligations. These providers are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your account and contact information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted from Google's servers.
